Not staying in the hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was okay. A lot of choices but wasn’t cooked well.
Disliked: Staff was rude, we called the front desk for help with zero answer. Had to go down and request extra blankets only to be met with rude answers and no blankets. How does a hotel run out of blankets?

Disappointing

Disliked: Hot tub don’t work! Cable tv didn’t work after they rebooted it 4 times. Beds were not comfortable

Most of our week long...

Liked: I liked how comfortable our room was, the fact that our Sheltie could be with us, the breakfast, etc. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The first couple of nights we were there it was a bit noisy with children running up and down the hallway, sometimes squealing or crying with parents that would yell at them on occasion. We thought about calling the front desk but about that time it stopped.

Needed a place to spend...

Liked: The waterpark & Arcade! The location was also perfect!
Disliked: The rooms were renovated but not good at all, half of it was still old, the AC was loud and the room needed a good floor scrubbing, the beds also are super old.
