Good but wish they had...
Liked: Clean , convenient
Disliked: Did not have in room coffee . Did not have any glasses in the room

Pretty good, clean and quiet....
Liked: Although I paid $10 plus a service fee for breakfast, at least I could get a decent omelette and the coffee was free. The "free" breakfasts at most hotels are usually pure sugar and not very good.
Disliked: Lighting in lobby/bar area was very harsh and bright.

Excellent option considering location, price...
Liked: Good location, modern and clean for the most part.
Disliked: The breakfast room could be cleaner, specifically in the corner where I sat.

The cheese hamburger wasn’t cooked...
Liked: The front desk clerk could have been a bit more professional. Issues how long we could leave our rental car on the property or charge us for daily parking. First it was fine then you can’t keep it there very long. We explain to him we’re taking our luggage to the room then we were going to return the rental.
Disliked: The toilet seat was up no paper ring around the seat showing it was serviced, no Do not disturb sign in room.

My stay at this hotel...
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the free coffee as well.
Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. While the initial check-in was pleasant and the woman with black hair who assisted me with check-in tried to be helpful, the rest of my stay was marred by poor service.I was assured that a shuttle would be arranged for me the next morning and that I should come down at a certain time. However, when I arrived in the lobby at the designated time and began to check out, the shuttle sat there for a few minutes and then left without any notification. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, an indifferent and dismissive front desk staff member named Denisha informed me that "no shuttle was scheduled for me" and that "I should have been in the lobby earlier than the time I was told", causing me significant inconvenience and stress. Consequently, I had to pay and wait for a cab, nearly missing my flight as the next shuttle would not be arriving for another hour.Additionally, when I requested assistance in locating a lost item, I asked if there was a lost and found and Denisha rolled her eyes and declined to help, insisting that my item was not there without making any effort to search for it. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist a paying customer leaves me reluctant to return to your establishment.I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.
