Sketchy hotel! Better name would...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Staff was rude. Had to ask them to reactivate the keys twice just from leaving the front desk because once arrived to room it wouldn’t work. Had to be let in by staff with a master key. Not enough towels, floor was dirty. Other patrons were asking for refunds but were told no. Homeless around the inside and outside of hotel. A strange woman was talking to the front desk clerk wearing a diaper holding a dog just chit chatting away. No help from front desk over issues we were having with the room. Scary, uncomfortable situation was endured during our stay. Never staying there again.

Liked: Restaurant and bar are very good
Disliked: Pool was closed for upgrade…No ice machines…Had trouble with my keycard…

Will NEVER stay here again....

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: There were pee stains on all the bedding. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. There were people who were clearly on some form of substance harassing people in the hotel, and the hotel staff refused to have them removed or call the police.

Liked: The facility is nice clean and spacious
Disliked: The security guy was super rude, accused me of propping a door open. Accused my boyfriend of smuggling in people. Was super rude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking. Told my boyfriend to shut the @f$@: up .. we had just walked in the front lobby and had been here only 3 minutes max. At the time. My boyfriend nor I have ever been to this property prior to this visit.

Chaotic mess

Liked: I like that it’s close to the airport
Disliked: There was a fight in the room next to us, mold in the bathroom, a large dog was barking- wasn’t a very relaxing trip. Ice machine on second floor did not work and soda machine took my money and the front desk told me I had to call the number on the machine despite the fact I was traveling out of state.
