Disliked: Nothing worked- pool was cold- room stunk like stale cigarettes- carpet was filthy- saw a roach!

Very terrible. Will not be...

Liked: Some of the staff were polite and did as much as they could to help us and make sure we were happy. Water pressure in the shower works very well.
Disliked: Other staff were very inconsiderate and did not consider anything that was genuinely wrong. The room keys somehow got deactivated every time we left the room. VERY INCONVENIENT having to get new cards each time. Total of 4 times. On top of that, we had to switch rooms because the first room we couldn’t even get into after the guy making 6 different cards. The air conditioning? Just bring some fans, cause it doesn’t work. Oh and plan to clean your own room because even when putting the “please clean” sign out, house keeping doesn’t come.

Liked: The building looked decent.
Disliked: The room(s) were not good and were not able to be comfortable to sleep in for me and my family. First room was good until the bed broke and then we were relocated to another room and the ac didn’t work. Then got relocated to another room with no ac. Rooms stayed 80 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Never Again and Brand Didn’t...

Liked: Air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: Flies at breakfast. Elevator permit expired by 16 months. Completely unhelpful staff. Property appears nearly abandoned. Lumpy pillows and room could use a real cleaning. Don’t waste your time with feedback surveys or emails to the brand either. They didn’t care at all.

Liked: The swimming pool and morning breakfasts
Disliked: The walk getting to and from the vehicle.

Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly.

Liked: Location was excellent.
Disliked: A/C vent in the ceiling dripped the entire time. Had to keep getting a new key every other day. First night I waited an hour for new key and no pass key was available to let me in.
