Disliked: Dirty, noisy like people banging on floor above us, heat wasn't working so cold at night, shower was so slow no pressure, no hot water for tea on checkout in the morning

Liked: It was clean.Customer service was awful. They tried to charge us for the broken door in our first room they gave us. They didn’t even offer to give us a new room. We had to call corporate. Then they took our security deposit claiming we smoked in the second room.

Disliked: The place was under renovation, it did not state that, so the kitchen for breakfast and other amenities were closed

Liked: The room was massive it was much bigger than in photo. And it was spotless too I couldn’t fault the effort the staff put in making the room clean and tidy
