Liked: The staff was very friendly, and our experience in the hotel restaurant was very good,
Disliked: The dresser draw was broken; the bathroom door around the knob was beat up. The smell in the hallway was stale.

When you first walk in, you notice how spacious the lobby is; the nice furniture and polite, helpful service. The room was clean with plenty of space. Everything you need is in the room - iron, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and a nice view of downtown.
Liked: The lobby was clean; nice seating area.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say.

Bed was uncomfortable. No space in the bathroom and outdated. The Jets went by all night.
Liked: Close to the Norva.
Disliked: Hotel room was horrible.

Liked: We had a very nice suite for our stay. Was within walking distances to the Scope, which was great for us being there for WWE Smackdown.

Elegant lobby but that does not mean the rooms are! Staff friendly and helpful. Room had no helpful note book on hotel or a Room Service menu so I ordered pizza.
Liked: Close to Chrysler Hall - nice.
Disliked: Plaster in bad shape in my room; musty smelling.

Although this hotel's location was great for proximity of the concert we were attending, I probably would not stay there again and would not recommend it.
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Was not given the king room I booked - given 2 doubles. Room was small and cramped, particularly the bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom was too dark to shave. Paint was peeling off the ceiling. I booked this hotel because of the rating and reviews found on this site. But to say the least, in my opinion they were inaccurate.

It was good enough for a one night stay in order to go to a concert at the Norva, but not a hotel I would ever seek out under other circumstances.
Liked: Staff was very polite and helpful; convenient location.
Disliked: Hallways had an odd smell; bathroom needs updating (stains in tub); A/C controls were broken so it cycles on and off all night.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The pictures on the website made the hotel look much nicer than it really was. The elevators did not have a certification posted and the room was filthy. Also, when I pulled back the curtain there was black mold and what appeared to be red wine spilled all over the window sill. Judging by the amount of mold it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Entrance was not clearly marked. So I went in by way of the pool area - noticed that walls were crumbling all around. Found the lobby and it looked like something out of a 70's Vegas movie. Because the cost of the room was non refundable I felt trapped into staying here. I normally run at first sign of yuck. Checked in and made it up to the 12th floor where the roof was actually crumbling in and huge sections were missing. Got to the room and the TV's sound was broken, the remote control didn't work, no Wi-Fi, and the bed was broken. Called downstairs and they were able to bring a new TV and new batteries. And the man pushed the button on the bed and stated that it did work. Long story short, my husband slept on a totally deflated side and I slept on a rock hard side because it wouldn't deflate at all (husband's side was -- and mine was at 100). The only reason I even thought this hotel was decent was because it was listed on the Seven Venues website and I trusted them to know what kinds of places they were sending their customers to. I truly feel let down.
Liked: Walking distance to Chryler Hall.
Disliked: The building is literally is falling apart and equipment is broken.

Liked: Very good hotel and room for the money.
Disliked: Resturant and bar closed at 9pm.
