Great location and super comfy...

Liked: The location is fantastic. You even get a slight falls view from some of the rooms! We did. The beds and pillows are super comfy!
Disliked: It wasn’t the cleanest and the IHOP inside the hotel was closed during our stay. But there’s plenty around the hotel to eat. If you’re looking for pancakes we recommend Stacked on McLeod Road.

Nice place. Would return!

Liked: Great value for the room. Appointed well enough - everything we needed for sure. Sofa bed was uncomfortable but I don’t think that’s avoidable. Actual beds were great.

Very nice weekend getaway

Liked: Spa , Pool , Our Room with view of city All Excellent, Did not use the arcade but it brought back memories, Parking is very good. The staff were very nice. We took advantage of snack shop and room refrigerator,
Disliked: I would stay an additional night

Horrible will not be back.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Jacuzzi was so slow filling, I had to use the ice bucket to throw water in from the bathroom sink. the water in the shower also came out so lightly there was barely any pressure. My husband stepped on a piece of glass in the bathroom area. When brought to the staffs attention they said we must’ve brought it in ourselves on our shoes. The noise in the hallways was unreal the slamming of doors you could hear all night. The smell as you walked in the hotel is terrible odour of pool chlorine and floral like they’re trying to mask it. I would not stay here again.
