Disliked: IHOP on property was closed, hot tub in pool area was closed, water leaking in our room causing a very buckled carpet & security guard presence for the refugees. I feel that this should have been disclosed upon time of booking. To have no restaurant on site & pool facilities & no discount/price incentive offered. We are paying guests and saved up to afford our stay. It came as quite a surprise to see the volume of refugees on site, with no advance warning is not very respectful. We paid $426 including parking for two nights and would appreciate your review of our concerns please and any potential refunds. To enter a hotel and see a security presence is beyond alarming, with no advance warning. We should have been given the chance to rebook at another property, continue or cancel our reservation. There are numerous shipping containers all over the property. It is very alarming and looks very ominous.
