Great Seasonal Pricing and comfortable...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great seasonal pricing, and attentive front desk staff. Our room's defective LED lamp was replaced immediately.
Disliked: When I travel I like to have scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns in the morning for breakfast. The hotel's free breakfast had tasty pancakes but none of what I hoped to find—poor me.

Less than expected

Disliked: The house keeping came into my room the first day we stayed during a week long stay. Walked in everyday there days in a row to clean the room not only cleaned it once in a whole week. Asked them to clean it one time they only walked in and gave us towels. Breaks had expired food.

Worst experience ever did not...

Liked: Didnt like anything about it. Regret wasting my 14 days there with my sons. They do not admit that they placed 50% of the accommodation charges plus incidentals hold on my debit card upon check in. So I had to countless emails to booking.com and my bank to locate my missing funds. This was evident on the checkout day when the 50% of the charges was paid fromsomewhere because my bank.balanced remained the same on checkout. I did not enjoy my vacation because I was worried about my missing funds. What happened to being honest with your clients? I was charged on the 1st 7 days deduction from my account and on the final day nothing was deducted because it was taken from the hold. I understand that hotels do place holds but the fact they kwpt denying just shocks me! All i needed was peace of mind to know my funds is accounted for.
Disliked: My son lost his backpack in the Gym which had his passport and carkeys. They couldn't even show us the video footage of the gym around the time he was at the gym. I accompanied my son to the gym to weigh our luggage on the scale that was there. He took off his backpack and placed on the bench so he could lift the he30kg suitcase.when we walked out we both forgot about the backpack.The staff on duty kept saying the footage showed he had no backpack to which I replied exactly that shows that the backpack ia still on the property.

Disliked: Front desk has no customer service skills. Hadvto get keys programmed each time. Remote we couldn't reduce the TV volume.
