Liked: It was close to the airport n the staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The beds was so uncomfortable the floors was dirty n felt like I was going to fall through them

Disliked: The carpet is old and dirty. The room spelled dirty although it looked clean. The room we booked is not the room we got.

Disliked: The property was dirty. Even though we asked for housekeeping service 2 days in a row after a 4 day stay we NEVER got our room cleaned. The keys are “sensitive”and we needed to get them reprogrammed 2 times. The quality of the towels, and amenities are very poor. The “Free Breakfast” was NOT so free. The hallway carpets are dirty and smell like marijuana. The pool and hot tub was so dirty you can literally see the black dirty on the floor of both. A great place for the ducks to swim in.
