Disliked: I booked for the indoor pool. I received a message from the property notifying me that the pool was down for maintenance from Kaci. I then canceled and called to talk to Bri who said she would look for the request for refund. I sent it through the website and called her back to notify it was done and they did not approve. I called the next day and it was not approved that day either. The filter for indoor pool leaves a small group of hotels. If they are down for maintenance they should notify the booking company or refund your money

Disliked: Entire place smelled like wet dog, rooms weren’t the best. Location was sketchy

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast
Disliked: Pool was down. Cleanliness was bad. There was makeup on the pillows and blankets. There was a bug on the bed. But check in staff very friendly and professional. Did not stay the whole night.
