Liked: Got my credit card compromised by the clerk at the front desk. He copied the card info under the pretext of hold because I was billed earlier in the the day. Please tell your customers to be aware of this scam

Quiet hotel in excellent location...

Liked: Breakfast on the terrace with fruit, bread, coffee, fresh juice, and eggs to order. Perfect!
Disliked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great property and stay overall

Liked: A beautiful property with a fantastic room and amenities. Location is excellent and staff are efficient.
Disliked: There's no parking on site and they wouldn't let me check in until past 3. Other than that, I would consider staying here again.

Good hotel in Mexico City

Liked: Location is excellent. The staff very polity and helpful. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for work or holidays, Bfast is limited but good.
Disliked: There are rooms that are dark and damp, specially the ones on the back of the hotel, I request to change the room, at the beginning they gave me hard time, until I told them that I was going to another hotel, they offer me to change my room to a decent one.
