Liked: The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with charming coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A decent hotel, but not entirely perfect.
Disliked: The hotel structure is outdated, although there is a charm in the architecture of Mexico City. Our room felt old and dark. The shower did not function properly, with low water pressure and no hot water.

Staff is kind and friendly

Liked: The staff were friendly and nice since the time we arrived. Oscar was kind to us. The place is walking distance from restaurants and Reforma which makes it a really nice location. The room was big and have a fridge and dishwasher.
Disliked: The pillows, they were not confortable. Windows couldn't be open entirely

Liked: Very clean, quiet and friendly helpful staff. The linens and comfort of the beds was heavenly.

Liked: Got my credit card compromised by the clerk at the front desk. He copied the card info under the pretext of hold because I was billed earlier in the the day. Please tell your customers to be aware of this scam

Quiet hotel in excellent location...

Liked: Breakfast on the terrace with fruit, bread, coffee, fresh juice, and eggs to order. Perfect!
Disliked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
