Austerity sums it up

Liked: Hotel is basically OK. Suite is big for both living room and Bedroom. Room was clean, Bed is comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and have basic ammenities; towels are soft. A/C worked very well. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is good, although hotel is not really IN Polanco. Restaurant on the top floor has a nice view of Chapultepec Park and Castle.
Disliked: The Room's furniture and decor are kind of austere, nice but plain. I did not like at all the shower; it is as if you were in a capsule; it does not make sense to have such a shower when the room is so big. There is not a refrigerator. The lobby is small and unviting.

Pretty basic but fine in...

Liked: Very basic but clean and quiet at night. Staff is very kind. Location is fine but everything is far in Mexico City, sometimes even when it’s in the same neighborhood!
Disliked: You can’t open the windows and there was a terrible disinfectant smell when I got there. Probably using toxic cleaning products.

Comfortable and convenient location next...

Liked: Very comfortable and convenient location next to Chapultepec park.
Disliked: It was convenient to have a restaurant, but food was just average. Room cleaning and and replenishment of supplies was inconsistent. TV program choices were poor.
