It was ok but I...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the room was big, especially because we stayed in a suite so it was like 2 rooms in one. Also, the staff was nice and the location was good.
Disliked: The bathroom was old, the shower head needed a replacement asap, the towels were so old, they even had frayed edges and the toilet wasn’t clean 100%. Also, sheets had some stains and they should give more time to the cleaning and hire professionals who might care about what they are doing. We got there at 1 pm and had to wait 2 hours to check in at 3 pm. You can’t check in early even if you don’t mind paying an extra fee. When we were checking out we realized why… because they check out a 1 pm meaning the cleaning person only has 2 hours to clean the room which they do quickly and not well. They should change their checkout time to 11 am and give their staff more time to pay attention to details. Also, TV cable was great for 2 days, the other two, half of the channels were gone. And the acoustics were terrible! You could hear people talking in the next room so if the people arrive past midnight and you are already sleeping, they will wake you up because it’s as if you were in their room of how loud it was.
