The room itself was adequate although not as nice as the other hotels we've stayed at for the same price. The pillow cases had old spots on them and although they were obviously laundered, the sheets had old stains on them as well. Since we didn't have time to go out to eat as we checked in late, we ate in the hotel restaurant. That was a wrong decision. The food was not very good for dinner or the breakfast the next morning. Overall I was disappointed, I decided to try Wyndham because we had never stayed at one before - I think I'll stick with the Marriott or Hilton from now on.

Liked: The lobby was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. The room was really clean and my family loved not having carpet as the flooring. When we walked in the room it smelled very fresh and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable we enjoyed the firm mattress. The breakfast area was roomy and clean, staff kept the food filled so we didn't have to wait.
Disliked: The indoor pool area was freezing. The kids said the water was warm but, it was hard to sit in the area without a jacket. The toilet seats are terribly low to the ground, I had my elderly mother with me and she struggled getting up. Bathrooms could use some upgrading. Hallway was ceiling was surprisingly low, and I wondered if I could get the luggage cart through the doorway.
