Our room was in building #2 and we had to take the elevator up to third floor and then we had to walk the cat walk and take the elevator to 2nd floor! Our pillows were very small. Hotel was clean.
Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Pillows were small. Very hard to get to the room - we took the elevator up to the third floor and then we had to go down to the second floor - we were in building #2.

The hotel and rooms were...
Liked: It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff, front desk, cleaning staff, and kitchen were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The Beekman 1805 toiletries were cute but almost worthless, neither the lotion or hair conditioner would come out of the bottles. Luckily I had brought some of my own I could use when I couldn’t get any out.Also the temperature in the room was hard to control and we found it too hot.
