I read bad reviews after booking my stay so I was very nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. No complaints.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and the staff, as well as the coffee shop and 24/7 stand. Also REALLY enjoyed that is was basically the closest hotel to Disney Springs and we could walk and not deal with parking garages. That was the best part. For the reason, I would stay again.
Disliked: We could not connect to the wifi no matter what we tried, it kept disconnecting. The phone in the room didn’t work when trying to call guest services for more shampoo. We were right next to a parking lot and heard trucks early in the morning coming in as well as people yelling. Also the price for breakfast buffet was ridiculous.

Liked: Location was the BEST thing about this place!Also the funny guy who does the valet parking out the front there was awesome. Always made us laugh when waiting for our Uber rides. Always offering us water & checking to see if we were ok. A great asset to the company!
Disliked: Check in was below average at the counter. Very limited information. Not helpful. No welcome letter to say any information about the establishment. Had to ask about everything.At the front desk because we had two rooms we asked the bloke if there were any connecting rooms, he said NO. He then said the rooms we had were close to each other, they weren’t! My daughter went down to reception to ask for another room because where they weren’t happy with their room. The female staff member said no worries and gave her another room which ended up being an interconnecting room to ours. Makes you wonder if that bloke even bothered to check like he said he did I THINK NOT!!!Laundry miles away from our room. For a hotel of that size you’d think there’d be more than one laundry.No water station to fill your water bottles. Only option was to go into the fitness centre to fill your bottles there.Paint coming off ceiling in the bathroom. When cleaner came to do room they didn’t even remove the paint that we put in a tidy pile. They just left it there.We booked our rooms months before our trip. I had requested via special request to the resort how it was our first time here etc, would it be possible to have a room with a good view, obviously that was too much to ask for. Had a crappy view on the 2nd floor may as well left us on the ground floor!I definitely won’t be recommending this hotel!
