I read bad reviews after booking my stay so I was very nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. No complaints.

Disappointing

Liked: Proximity to Disney Springs and the parks
Disliked: We were in the sunset building and it’s very run down. Our shower wouldn’t even get hot. There was weird stains on the walls.

Disliked: Room didn’t get below 68*

Disliked: the fact that it was a motel but made to look like a nicer hotel in the pictures
