I read bad reviews after booking my stay so I was very nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. No complaints.

Disliked: When arrived we asked for a wheelchair, as my son was injured at the park and the paramedics told him to stay off his foot. I asked at the desk they said they would have to call maintenance to see if there was one. That was in my opinion a diversion tactic as they did not have one. I was told to call in the morning to see if they had one for when we left. Now why tell me thus when you know you dont have one ? He just needed it to get to the room and then the next day to get into the taxi Most hotels have at least one or two. So he tried to limp his way to the room. Getting into the room was a challenge. The door sticks so bad that it takes a lot of effort to get in the door. Some times it took five tries to get in after using the key as it is just a short time to try. What we ended up doing is having someone on the inside pulling while some one pushed on the other side. The bathroom door was the same way if you got it completely shut you were almost trapped as it was so bad. Most of the time we only pulled the door almost closed as not to be trapped in there. The mirror in the dressing area had a problem with the light. It was a backlite mirror and the light was flashing like a camera flash so it could not really be used which made the area dark. Overall the hotel needs an update and serious attention to the rooms that are on the side wings. We stayed there two times during our vacation and both times the rooms were in need of updating. I will say The beds were comfortable.

Liked: Our favorite hotel in Orlando. Short distance to Disney Springs and transportation to all of the parks. It’s very clean and super comfortable.
Disliked: It’s in Florida?

Liked: The bars & staff at the bars, both inside & by the pool.
Disliked: We’ve stayed at the Wyndham in 2019. Everything was perfect in the tower. We paid for four rooms for our family. Who knew we would be placed in a smelly room where the elevator appeared to be the dirty ones used by the cleaning crew. Very disappointed especially since I told them I have very bad Asthma/ COPD. They could care less. Our King bed reservation was downgraded to two full size beds because we added an extra night. Lesson learned & shame on us.
