I read bad reviews after booking my stay so I was very nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. No complaints.

Liked: The lobby was very nice and seemed to have lots of eating options and saw entertainment for families.
Disliked: I did not like the layout it was deceiving.. the lobby was very nice, but our room location was dark and outside of the building… I did not feel safe coming or going from room location!

Liked: The close proximity to Disney Springs was a huge plus! Only 5 minute walk to a bridge that directly connects to Disney Springs. It was great!!
Disliked: I requested and paid extra for resort view and i was placed on the first level P and could not see anything from my window.

Liked: Location was great it was exactly what we wanted.
Disliked: The room we were in had an old fabric chair that smelled old and the carpet was old and needed to be cleaned/replaced. When we received an email welcoming us it also asked if we needed anything. I emailed back and asked for air freshener since the room had a musty smell, I never heard back from anyone.

Liked: This resort is in a great location plenty of restaurants, shopping gas stations all with in walking distance, all Disney parks are close and they offer free transportation to the parks,
Disliked: Can't say anything bad about this resort, all though I wish there were microwaves in rooms
