Liked: The lobby and the room were nice. Location was wonderful being in the heart of the entertainment area and close to the waterfront. It was also nice that it was a venue for local entertainment, that if we had the time, we would have taken advantage of.
Disliked: The bathroom was very dated and needs to updated to make this property superior.

A hotel I've loved -...

Liked: I've stayed here several times, and always have a good experience. The comedy club on site is the key attractor as we can enjoy a show without having to leave the hotel. The staff is very helpful as well. The cost is great for the location, views good, and rooms usually very clean.
Disliked: The heater in the room was the bane of my existence. Even if we turned it completely off (multiple times in fact) it would begin running through the night. Getting up to douse yourself with water because you are tossing like a baking rotisserie chicken was hellish for sleep. My partner was drenched in sweat through the night too, so his steaming body just added to the glory. I spoke to the front desk and they indicated the heaters do that so they don't freeze. The hot tub is in serious decline - and I've stayed in this hotel since about 2010 ish. The jets aren't working, and the temperature is cold. We also spoke to the front desk and they indicated they couldn't do anything. A good hot tub is totally an amenity I look for in traveling, and this time it just wasn't enjoyable at all. The final kicker was seeing black mold on our window sills above the heater/AC. I've loved the location, but next time we will likely stay elsewhere unless they update.

Clean room, terrible staff

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The front desk staff was the rudest, most unprofessional untrained staff I have met in my life. I would never stay there again. Also room curtain would not close and was directly next to parking lot.
