Roach motel

Liked: The location
Disliked: I canceled my booking after arrival. I opened my room door and roaches ran past on the floor. There was one roach beside the tv. I went to the front door and they were not surprised about the bugs. They offer another room on their best floor.. it was just as bad. I called customer service and canceled the booking.

Liked: Staff was excellent, lots of restaurants in area
Disliked: had to change rooms 3 times because heat was not working in the first 2 rooms. Then, in the 3rd room, we were near the elevator and thoughout the night, heard the constant chiming of the elevators going floor to floor and when the doors opened and closed.

Fix your test and upgrade...

Liked: How about the only thing I didnt like was the tvs. There ancient they freeze and just add smart tv guys so I can watch apps instead of cable. Get with the time guys and upgrade your tvs other than that this place is amazing if you want a 5 star hotel my advice would be to upgrade your tvs thank you and thank you for having Love david

Superb

You get what you pay...

Liked: The king size bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. There was a mini fridge and micorwave in the room that worked. There was a coffee maker in the room that worked well. The room was quiet. Check in went smoothly.
Disliked: There is a stain around the drain of the sink that tells me it's time to replace it. The smell coming from the sink drain was strong and unpleasant when water was run into the sink (brushing teeth, washing hands, etc.) and tells me, again, that the sink and drain needs to be replaced. The toilet needs to be replaced. The toilet had to be flushed 2 or three times to completely empty and remove the contents. The shower control needs to be changed, as turning it all the way to the hot would diminish the flow of water to a trickle. Finding a comfortable flow and heat ratio was tricky. There was a 24 inch long, black hair, folded into a clean bath towel. The room safe did not function. When opening the mini fridge door, the desk lamp would flicker and, on 2 occasions, completely shut off.

Disliked: Ice cube was dirty with trash in. I called to bring one clean and never came to the room. I had to go down and take the dirty one, and some they can change to a clean one.
