Liked: Reasonable access to Interstate 95
Disliked: 1) lights by bed kept flickering—either a short or light bulbs need replaced2) horrible television connection—could not watch a program without constant freezing; definitely problems with direct TV—could only watch a few channels & that was trying because of freezing3) only easily accessed eatery is Red Gill Bistro—mediocre food & though motel staff told me they open @ 4–kitchen did not open till 54) reservation secured through booking.com. I did advance booking. Two staff members working registration desk—since one computer was down, only one could help those of us waiting to register. When I got to my room, saw that my charge receipt was $50. more than established fee. Went back to desk—was told that would be refundable if there was no damage/smoking in room. Shouldn’t that have been explained/reviewed with me at time of registration?5). Did not find staff particularly welcoming nor helpful; in fact, indifferent best describes their interaction with me.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. The room had black out curtains. Staff was great
Disliked: Roaches in the bathroom. I work for a large pest control company. I took a video of German roaches in bathroom. Inform the office of the problem and how it will get worse in a short amount of time if not treated.
