Disliked: No tissue in the room and I called for tissue. Said it would be 8:15 am, didn’t get tissue until 10 am. My family room didn’t have towels and our phones didn’t work in the room

Disappointing

Liked: The room was nice and was a good price. The water was lukewarm at best in the bathroom. Also, I called ahead to see if it would be a problem to bring my Shih Tzu with us. The manager said it wasn’t, just to let the clerk know when we checked in. That’s exactly what we did. The guy who checked us in said the $50 deposit on our room canceled out the $50 pet fee and proceeded to put us in a room on the fourth floor. I woke up to find an extra $50 charge to my card this morning before checking out and the reason was the housekeeper reported we had our dog and animals aren’t allowed on the third and fourth floors. My husband and I didn’t know that, nor did we try sneak in or hide that we had a pet with us. That’s where the man who checked us in put us. The guy we seen at check out told us the manager would call me this afternoon when she came in, but she never did.
