Liked: It needed to be updated. The bagels were hard as a rock. I gave them back to the staff.

A clean hotel stay

Liked: Overall a quality place. Breakfast is better than most and has a pleasant atmosphere. Seems just as nice when ran by Ramada.
Disliked: We've been here more than once. Back when it was ran under Ramada, they had done more "little things" with our "anniversary" request. Like a bottle of wine or rose, some flower petals, selection of spa soaps/bathbombs, a placard of gratuity. It was just a normal room and nothing to complain about that.
