Super convenient for staying near...

Liked: The staff were super friendly, including housekeeping, the front desk, and the shuttle drivers. I also liked the ease of opting for late check-in and check-out; the cost for each were reasonable, but at the high end of reasonable. Proximity to the airport was great, as was the hotel's free airport shuttle. The area is pretty decent too, with lots of places within a 10-15 minute walk.
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast was an extra cost, so I didn't try it. However, that lead me to find a place in walking distance that had excellent coffee and breakfast while costing less than the hotel breakfast. (Check out Bake Shack!)

Liked: One man at front desk was soooo nice
Disliked: We had a major issue with our roomToilet was broken and at one point they shut it off and left it off and not working for hours.

Liked: Clean and well kept rooms. Good breakfast. Near Fort Lauderdale airport and it has restaurants nearby. Mostly friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking and stairs at the parking lot. Stair area wasn't clean nor well kept. Also there was no access to the upper level of the parking lot from the first floor because stairs were closed. There was standing water in front of the access doors of the parking lot stairs.

Technical difficulties

Liked: It’s new and well located
Disliked: There was a fire alarm twice in the middle of the night. That seemed to happen frequently. There was nothing from the Managment. No Email, no Freebies nothing but silence. The night concierge did what he could but J would have expected at least an apology from the management.
