This place was close to Fresno Fairgrounds. It's by the airport but there wasn't any noise disruption so our sleep was great. Indoor pool looks awesome but didn't get a chance to use it. Maybe next time. Overall, love the place.

Disliked: The carpet was dirty. It seemed old. The check-in person was curt.

Liked: It was convenient because the conference I attended was there. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Old, needs renovation. There was a smell in the room, might be the carpet. Not able to open the side door from outside, had to go around to the front to go back in.

Overall it was okay but...

Liked: I liked the location and safety
Disliked: The spa was closed, pool was extra cold (almost impossible to swim, colder than ocean water), the rooms were not being cleaned daily, the bedsheets, towels had not been changed daily, trash were not emptied/cleaned until you ask for it. Some rooms were missing bottled water, shampoo or basic necessary items. Coffee and water cups, tea bags were not provided daily. The tv was not smart tv which had access to YouTube or Prime.

Business trip stay

Liked: NO ELEVATOR TO SECOND FLOOR. I PAID THE MAINTENANCE MAN TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE. RESTROOM TUB AND WALL DIRTY, FLOOR QUITE DIRTY, AND TOP SHEET OF BED.ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE FREE BREAKFAST. PLENTY OF WARM OPTIONS TO SELECT FROM.
