Liked: Nice and clean quiet atmosphere
Disliked: The room door shut pretty hard and was noisy

Liked: The management and staff were wonderful and very kind. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: My issue isn't with the hotel but with booking.com ..I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub in the pool area. Booking.com shows pictures and says they have a hot tub. They do not! They told me that booking.com was aware of this and that they refused to take the picture down and change the listing. The only reason that I chose this hotel was for the hot tub and the fact that it had great ratings and was affordable. The manager offered to refund me my money but there were no other hotels available in the area with a hot tub so we were stuck. And the pool was so cold that I couldn't even swim in it. I'm very disappointed in booking.com, as we use them every time we get a hotel and after a very physically exhausting week we were really looking forward to a hot tub. Pretty much ruined our weekend. I probably won't be using booking.com anymore after this.

Disliked: The bath tub was peeling. The doors had fingerprints all over them. The refrigerator has someone’s drink in there.

Liked: The rooms were clean. Our family especially loved the pool, because you can swim indoors and outdoors. There is a garden with nice seating options.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre and a lot of things didn’t get filled up.
