Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is modern with well appointed rooms.
Disliked: The lobby was freezing cold as was the Restaurant and breakfast area. It was impossible to eat dinner there yet we were charged 10% to take our dinner to our room- no advice on this from server prior to being charged. Found this unacceptable and an abuse by staff. On booking this hotel, I sent 1 booking,com message and 2 emails to ask about long term parking as the plan was to stay on both travel in & out of YEG. No reply received. I also tried calling and was disconnected by reception on 2 occasions (their hands were likely frozen). Have cancelled the stay on refuted and booked another property.
