Bad

Not worth the price

Liked: Found a bug on the chair. Dusty all over. No coffee station. Someone set the alarm for 6 am, went off every 10 minutes til 8 am. No way to fix or unplug it. And $2 for a can of soda?!?! Indoor pool closed ( 1 of the main reasons for choosing you). All of the staff were very friendly, but couldn't help us with what happened. Overall, I wouldn't have paid $131 for what we got.

Almost amazing

Liked: We loved everything except there was hair all over the shower floor and the bed sheets were filthy with colored stains and lots of body hair. I think it's safe to say they hadn't been changed after the last guest. However, the staff, a fresh set of sheets, included breakfast, and the convenient location made the stay wonderful and worth it.

Sucked.

Disliked: Room was stinky and tub was messed up. Took a whole day to trade rooms.

Ever again , just might...

Liked: Dirty from the hallways to the rooms to the bar and grill, had no staff , room that I reserved sir was broken got put in lesser room , no pool was all overgrown with weeds

perfect pitstop

Liked: I needed a pitstop hotel that allowed pets for a cross country move. I didn't have high expectations but this was quiet, clean, well staffed, and offered a fully stocked continental breakfast. Great job!

Do not stay here

Liked: We booked a two room suite with living room and upon arrival we received a two bed suite with no living room. Went to desk and owner said booking. Com has their Pictures wrong and we were not able to be moved to the two room suite due to it being taken already. He gave no options or accommodations and charged full price for room even though it was not what I booked.

The worst so far this...

Liked: The room key kept locking us out so we had to get it rescan every time we left the room. They closed down the pool because it was nasty and had a bad attitude when people was upset because like us many came to do a last mini vacation before the children got off spring break. That the manager cussed me because I asked could we at least go to the gym. His name is Joe so rude and I didn’t catch the other lady name but she had a nasty attitude as well and I think that’s why when he came out he started off rude as hell. Now it was another lady there kinda tall and looks younger she was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly
