Didn’t get what we wanted...

Liked: We stayed one night in our trip and liked so much we decided to stay one night on our return.
Disliked: The property was fine-again, we opted to stay again on our return. This time we booked the same type of room and arrived early and were told that our suite was overbooked so we were the ones that got booted to a regular room. We were told that our rate would be adjusted and it wasnt.

The area was expensive and...

Liked: the rooms were very comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast was not what you would expect for the price of the room. This was a $100/ night breakfast. Nothing great.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the staff were great
Disliked: The walk to the room I have trouble walking long distances

Passable

Liked: The staff was friendly. And the location was convenient.
Disliked: The pool was dirty, clumps of hair, foamy goo, algae growing on an indoor pool. The mattresses were hard and lumpy. The floor had stains and there was an unwrapped candy sitting on the floor by the bed. There were cookies on the floor in the hallway when we arrived and they were still there when we checked out the following day.
