Liked: Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We upgraded to a handicap accessible room. The room was the farthest away from the entrance! We asked for a closer room, the staff was agreeable and gave us a closer room. It was not handicap accessible however, and no refund of the upgrade. We asked! This hotel is an older property. I wasn't inspecting the dirt in the cracks and crevices. It was cleaned as well as it could be. The breakfast items I had even the coffee were not hot. The food was predictable and mediocre

Liked: The price was decent - just under $100. The room was fair.
Disliked: I asked if breakfast was included & told yes. There was a sign on the cereal, “NO MILK.” Maybe send a worker to get a few gallons at the store. A dirty rag was left in our bathroom I’m guessing from cleaning the room. The smell of “air freshener” as soon as you walk in the hotel lobby was so strong & pungent. Strong air freshener in hotels always makes me wonder what is being covered up.
