Disliked: Room serving is terrible, once for three days but not clean it even check with staffs already, six days living room and not get clean, disappointed

Liked: Close to the central, very convenient. Room was spotless, the bathroom was amazingly clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Someone parked on the spot allocated to me since day 1, I was not able to park on the guest parking lot and was told to park at the staff parking. Was told that they will wipe the parking charges as I didn't get to use the park. But upon checkout I was asked to pay and had to explain the whole thing to the receptionist. Called at 8 am to ask for a later check out at 11am and the receptionist agreed but the cleaner came into the room at 10am.

Cosy and convenient.

Liked: Easy to find. The room is spacious. They provide washer and dryer too.
Disliked: There is no housekeeping or cleaning on Sundays, so they only replace the towels and don't make the beds.

Comfortable room and bed

Liked: Very nice room with separate kitchen and seating area. Washer/dryer was a big bonus. Location was great.
Disliked: Our rooms faced the street and the view was of a parking area with a dumpster.
