Lovely hotel & fantastic location....

Liked: Location was perfect. Beautiful, comfy and clean rooms. Everything we could possibly need was supplied. Being able to order room service was a bonus!
Disliked: Front reception staff weren’t overly friendly, polite sure, but not the warm welcome you’d expect at such a nice hotel. Check out was the same, no query even on whether we enjoyed our stay. Being first point of contact for guests, we expected more.

Excellent place for a multi...

Liked: We didn't eat any meals in the hotel as we utilised the more than adequate kitchen unit for breakfasts and ate with family for all other meals. The staff were excellent and very obliging when we were hit with a major medical issue which meant we had to depart two days early. The hotel is very easy to get to, has easy access off street parking and is close to the central city area.
