We attended an event at The Bowery and stayed here at the Wyndham Garden. It was nice and close. The hotel staff were very helpful. Great hotel. I would stay here again.

Liked: I love the location and I love that they provide 2 water bottles per day to the guest and also there's a lemon water provided in the lobby. I also like their rooftop bar. It has a really nice view of the city.
Disliked: The staff on the front desk aren't friendly and welcoming. When we first checked in, they're not even smiling and welcoming. They just look annoyed. And we came to ask on our first day if there should be a curtain or a door for the shower since half of the space is open (they only have half glass window for the shower). So, the floor was super wet when we took a shower. And the lady at the front desk only said that's just the design. And so we're like okay then and request for more towel to wipe the floor. And weirdly, on our third day at the hotel, when we came back to our room, they have put a curtain on the shower door.

Happy with the booking.

Liked: View from balcony was incredible.Location was ideal for accessing public transportation. If the opportunity presents itself we will go back to the hotel.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was good. Beds were comfortable
Disliked: The thermostat in both the rooms was stuck at 77 degrees. I tried to turn it down and it didn’t function at all. My daughter opened a window in her room to cool off but could sleep because of the noise coming in the window. I toss and turned all night. Waking up sweating. I would say simple fix but the fact that both rooms had same issue means it was by design. Not sure why you would want you guests to be uncomfortable. Also two of the three entrance doors were broken. Maybe that should have been my first red flag

Liked: Great location, wifi, beds were firm and comfortable, room size was larger than most and the panoramic view was fabulous. also liked having a mini fridge, Will stay here again! Thanks.
