Liked: Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Air conditioning did not work properly and we were very hot in the room the whole time.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location. Just 2 blocks from Burbon Street in French Quarter, 1 block from Canal Street and the downtown area! Easy access to busses and streetcars. The beds were very comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating......Some updating could be done to the rooms, but all things considered, I rate it an 8 out of10! I would stay there again!
Disliked: There was no airport shuttle service. Also, no microwave in the rooms.

Disliked: People were partying next door in the middle of the night. I had to call the service 2 times and the matter was resolved half an hour later.
