Disliked: Air conditioning did not work properly and we were very hot in the room the whole time.

Liked: Location was great! The shower was slippery and my husband slipped and hurt his back in the faucet. There was trash and dirt around the perimeters on the floor.

Liked: I like the location of this hotel (close to Bourbon Street). The room and bathroom was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and took care of my needs.
Disliked: Bed pillows were too soft and needed an outside window view.

Disliked: The room had a mildew smell, the refrigerator was dirty ( something was dried around it) like a spill of some sort. The view was of the hallway balcony area of the lobby. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and we left a night early due to the noise.

Disliked: No housekeeping Some of the staff wasn’t to friendly

Very convenient location

Liked: Great location. The room was pretty humid with no option to open a window. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned.

Disliked: No windows except for one that overlooked the lobby, concierge said my car wouldn’t fit in their garage even though it fit in an another garage next door with an even lower clearance
