Great hotel, apart from the...

Liked: Room was very clean, hotel was well maintained and had great amenities, staff was friendly and helpful, view was good, overall a great experience!
Disliked: The restaurant situation was a bit weird and complex. Asking for a menu resulted in a long search to find one, the room service button didn't work and I was told the restaurant didn't deliver, but I also couldn't call down to order ahead, the service was slow, and they were out of things on the menu. It meant that every interaction with the restaurant was a disappointing one, but overall this was a minor issue on an otherwise great stay.
