Liked: Everything would have been great however I suffered medical and emotional damages with Mr. Patel due to his racist inhumane aggressive detrimental treatment. Everyone else was FANTASTIC!! I have to get an attorney. The hotel refuses to return my voicemail or any communication at all.
Disliked: Mr. Patel at front desk. I’ve traveled all over the world even to 3rd world countries….Never ever in my life have I experienced sure cruel treatment from anyone. Not even close. It’s so bad that I have to get an attorney to even get any communication.

Disliked: My room fill with marajuana smoke at 2am called desk and they told me it was marajuana smoke. cam in through bathroom vent. Want a refund!! Left at 3:30 am not feeling well

Liked: Staff was accommodating. Our first room smelt terrible of weed. They switched our room with no issue. On the 2nd night of our stay, we were very rudely woken up by the room next door being loud, laughing, jumping around at 1:30am. Then proceeded to bang on our door cussing at us after I knocked on the wall & asked them to settle down. Staff immediately went to their room when I called them & moved their room away from ours. Beds were more comfy then expected.
Disliked: The bathroom is where the weed smell was in the first room and throughout our stay, we would smell it randomly in the new rooms bathroom again. It smelt like it was coming from the vents. Floors weren’t clean. Sheets had stains on them.
