Liked: The Hotel was well reviewed online...We were there for our Honeymoon night and my Birthday ...I booked a King room with a Jacuzzi... The staff was very jaded and apathetic upon our arrival and during the checkout.....they appeared somewhat kind in voice, but face and body said otherwise.,. I found myself being extra kind to try to win them over??? ... The room was a total disappointment and not worth the 300 some a night pd... It was dated...many holes in the wall... rust stained ceiling tiles...furniture worn out, and a drain cap broken in the Jacuzzi that was replaced by hand only to fall off continuously... I felt that the booking .com rating for both staff and location for this property were way off.... very misleading with nice photos on the website from another time ...and many kind words in reviews...very strange compared to the reality of this poorly run and maintained property. The building as a whole is old and parts of the exterior is visibly crumbling... ...The only positive was that the physical location of the property is great...all else very bad...send in an auditor / property inspector undercover for a stay ...then you will see what I write is true...
