Not a great vacation place...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: I got to the hotel at 5pm and the room wasn’t clean. I had to wait and got a doubled bed room instead a king size room I had reserved. The pool was not working. The heater in the room make so much noise we couldn’t barely sleep. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. It’s sad because I had been there in the past and it was a really good hotel to go back, unfortunately not going back anymore.

Liked: Location..very close to falls..
Disliked: Poor property condition.. need urgent renovation... bathtub was not clean , even can see mold on side

Superb

Liked: The spa tub was awesome. The view was great. It was nice that there's a Starbucks open inside in the morning.
Disliked: The bed was a little uncomfortable. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and were never offered fresh towels.
