Disliked: The sofa bed is uncomfortable, we couldn't use it, we all had to sleep in the bed

Liked: Great roomy place with good amenities such as club house and gym. Also great location close to Flagstaff.
Disliked: Check-in and Check-out times.Check-in is at 4 PM and the room was not ready until 4 PM.Check-out is at 10 AM and the cleaning crew put their towels outside the room at 8 AM to "remind us" to leave by 10 AM.

Liked: The clubhouse was fun for the kids and the stay at the townhouse worked well for the family. The townhouse was clean and stocked well with amenities. Parts of the townhouse were remodeled such as the bathrooms. The kitchen worked well for having a family. The fireplace and balcony were nice. The staff was responsive to guest needs.
Disliked: The kitchen drawer where the cutlery was stored was stuck and you had to pry it open each time to retrieve the cutlery. The pullout bed appeared to have "seen better days" as to get the bed back into the couch you had to " wrestle" with it and the mattress was also in poor condition. The issue was reported to staff and maintenance repaired the bed to the best of their ability.

Liked: These condos were spacious and clean. The staff was communicative and friendly. We really liked the clubhouse with mini golf and pool tables.
