The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: The walkway to the Casino.

Disliked: I did not like that the walls and ceiling had no sound barriers. I could hear someone running and walking between 1-2;30 am.

Liked: The time away from home seeing the attractions in and around the falls
Disliked: No hot water in my room. Cold shower, a room with a door adjoining to another room with people who kept partying most of the night and kept me up all night which is why we checked out at 7-7:30 am. Also when I told the concierge about everything all she said was that's too bad, I will have them check the water problem. When it was Four Points we never had a problem. Also having paid full price for service that would have been better at the Bates Inn. Will never stay here again and will tell all my friends.

Liked: House keeping serviced room and replaced towels after first night although notice advised that it's done every 3 days.
Disliked: $35 a night for parking in the same parking lot that attendants were charging $20 for. It filled up and I had to park further away for the same price. Also no microwave in the room and I wasn't informed prior to, that there wouldn't be a microwave in the room or on the grounds at all. Bad smell in room
