The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: The walkway to the Casino.

Liked: Loved the location. It was a great location for what we were trying to do. Room was very spacious.
Disliked: You can only use the ev charging if you get full valet which was $70 US. We paid the extra and the car never charged. We ended up getting a refund for the valet employee made it seem like it was the cars fault that it didn't charge at all. Also TGI Fridays in the hotel is the worst. Overpriced and the food was horrible DO NOT GO TO THE TGI Fridays. Last thing is that the walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors talk.
