Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: Room was a bit chilly

Will not stay again.

Liked: Property nice, when I was the Office Manager for Raytheon, I would alway reserve rooms for my clients (VP’s, Managers, and the President of Raytheon stay at the Wyndham. But I will not recommend any one to stay there now.
Disliked: The room I was assigned #1501: the heat/ air conditioning was loud, the bathroom toilet was dirty, the bed wasn’t comfortable. I will not be staying there and will not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay with great staff.

Liked: Lovely breakfast with an amenable staff. We were upgraded to a two-room suite without even having to ask. Locations right next to the airport was stellar.
Disliked: The pool is not heated, and the hot tub has seen better days.

Exceptional

Disappointed. Not the pleasant hotel...

Liked: I used to always stay here when I come to El Paso for work. Unfortunately, the hotel has become too disorganized over the last couple years and cares only about air crew and stranded passengers. I won't be willingly staying here again.
Disliked: Staff relies heavily on third party booking apps and they do not make notes regarding extensions or other non-standard requests. Any conversations you have with the front desk will just need to be repeated every time you go to the front desk. I guess it's just an old hotel that has lost touch with what being a hotel is all about and COVID gave the staff an excuse to just "do the minimum". I won't be staying here again, and that really bums me out.

Superb

Liked: The location is excellent. Massage chairs are amazing.
Disliked: Loud heater in the room.

Great location with plentiful food...

Liked: Dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the portions were huge. They upgraded us to a spacious suite which was lovely. The location is a literal two minute walk from the airport but not noisy at all. Breakfast was ample with lots of great choices.
Disliked: Loved it all.

Friendly staff and close to...

Liked: It’s extremely close to the airport. You can literally walk across and be there. The lobby area is really nice and restaurant has a good variety with stuff to go as well. The bed was also pretty comfortable and room was spacious. The staff was also really accommodating when I had a leak in my room they immediately moved to another one.
Disliked: It’s very outdated and could use some renovation. It did seem clean but had somewhat of a dingy feel to it.
