Fell short on basics

Liked: Fabulous location and friendly staff who were very helpful. Nice comfortable lodges and all close to hotel and spa facilities.
Disliked: Spa quite small for number of lodges, fine whilst we were there but have more than 2 families in the pool and it’s cramped.Jacuzzi not working spa shut for 1 day of our stay but out of their control, but when only there for 2 days it has an impact.

Liked: The Lodge was fantastic
Disliked: There was no water on day of arrival (Friday), the water came back on briefly on Saturday as we entered the spa. On exiting the spa the water was back off, therefore showers were unavailable both Friday and Saturday, toilets unable to flush, we were given two bottles of water on Friday between 7 of us and no more was provided. On raising this issue to reception I was told to phone the water board myself. Very disappointing customer service.
