Liked: The food was good but they shut down the meat portion before we got there.
Disliked: My only complaint was, the full breakfast opportunity wasn’t met.

Liked: The lobby and workers were very kind and helpful.my kids loved the pool.. the breakfast was good..beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hottub was out of order.and the refrigerator in are room was froze over..and there's no microwave in the rooms..

Disliked: Not enough parking. The TV could not get a connection. After trying many different things we found a cut cable line behind the tv. Tried to call down to the desk but got no answer. Too tired to try much more.

Liked: The lobby was nice and the bed was comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and tried to be very accommodating.
Disliked: I had travelled all day and was ready to get checked in to rest and prepare for a training the next day, but the keys to the room did not work. I ran back and forth from 5th floor to main lobby 3 times with new keys they issued me before the clerk tried himself. Still didn't work. Finally after about a half hour, they ended up moving me to another room. But that room had the panel off the heating/cooling unit as if someone had been working on it, and it didn't work. The TV didn't work. There was sound but the picture was just a bunch of blocks so you couldn't see anything. The mirror in the bathroom had some stuff smeared across it that looked like oatmeal. There were no wash cloths or iron. At this point I was exhausted and frustrated and did not feel like taking my chances with another room, so I just stayed in there. I informed the morning shift desk clerk of all that transpired as I checked out the next morning. I am extremely disappointed because I don't generally have problems with Wyndham hotels. But I won't be back to this one again.

Disliked: I brought my grandkids here to stay over night and to swim. The pool was freezing cold but was supposed to be heated. The Jacuzzi was not working which was what I wanted to use. There was barely any breakfast when we went down at 9am
