Overall, a hotel was nice...

Liked: I did not like that. Our bathroom was dirty and we did not even take a shower in there.

It was ok could’ve been...

Disliked: The pool had too much chlorine inside my both my nieces face was swilling one of there shirts was bleached there was no towels in pool area and hot tub was broken and staff said nothing about it

Liked: Location and very nice!
Disliked: Wish we could turn the air down cooler in the room. Even in winter it was too stuffy

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean, well done every day!
Disliked: The building is old, one set of elevators did not work, front desk staff were not nice at all
