Liked: The staff was extremely helpful. We arrive early , they were able to house our luggage until our room was ready and again till we needed to leave for our transportation.

Liked: Location is close to shopping and shows, main transportation hubs to get everywhere easily. Very nice hotel with rooms with kitchenettes - the reason I booked here and extended my stay. If I could do monthly stays for the duration of my contract, I definitely would have. Any future contracts or visiting family/friends, I will recommend they stay here.
Disliked: My room was next to the elevators and I could hear them going up and down all day and night. However, I was on the 3rd floor and it was so convenient instead of being higher up. I also had no view, just facing another building, but I still really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Liked: Location was great for seeing the city and accessing transportation. We also liked having a separate bedroom, with an extra bed in the living room instead of having two beds in the same area (since we were a couple plus our daughter). The kitchen (with table for eating) was handy too. We arrived a little early and the staff were very accommodating with trying to get us into our room a little earlier (which was appreciated!). The room was soundproof - we found it very quiet, which helped us get solid sleeps.
Disliked: When the sofa bed was pulled out for sleeping, it was difficult to navigate around, as there was a cupboard along the wall at the foot of the bed.
