Liked: Every thing , was more than I expected, but not the pprice

Very good hotel, recommended

Liked: The room had a very good size an with all the amenities you would require.Not too close to the Pier area but not too far and reachable by walking. We went around often without using public transportation
Disliked: Nothing, all was good

Disappointing

Disliked: there's no daily housekeeping included in the rate. at the time of the booking, there was no indication about this aspect and I only knew it at the check-in. they told me there was an extra charge of more than 100 USD in case I wanted daily housekeeping

Disliked: Streets were unclean around the hotel and the windows were not noise cancelling.

Great value at a nice...

Liked: The suite was very neatly decorated and large enough for two people. Couch bed was great and the bathroom very spacious.
Disliked: Main door entry is only with card access, which is slightly inconvenient, the kitchen did not have a hot plate and the heating system required some fiddling to make it work.

Perfect for families

Liked: Very rare hotel in San Francisco with 2 separate rooms and kitchenette. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice game room. Good complimentary coffee.

Disliked: A bit too pushy on the hard sell to join the Wyndham timeshare.
