Liked: The one bedroom and living room were spacious.
Disliked: We are a senior couple. Walking around towards Union Square during the day was fine. But, we didn't walk in the neighborhood after dark.

Wonderful apartment hotel between Union...

Liked: Really liked the spacious apartment. Nicely remodeled. The staff, from top to bottom were inviting & accommodating.
Disliked: Coffee service in the lobby was just ok, needs hot fresh coffee if one is going to offer it.

great place to stay downtown

Liked: full sized coffeemaker was a nice touch, full kitchen, living room -- was an apartment, not just a suite. They had a "happy hour" reception on Friday afternoons that brought residents together with snacks and drinks.

Liked: The foyer is lovely and welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed and it’s a great location.

Liked: This is a lovely hotel. My room was like a mini apartment. Very comfortable. Great facilities Kitchen was a bonus. Lounge area with tv. Separate bedroom. Made for a very comfortable stay. It was also very convenient having a laundry free to use on every second floor. Great location.
Disliked: I would stay here again

Liked: Property was beautiful inside with tight security. Close and convenient location with shops close by for purchasing supplies - groceries etc.
Disliked: We had to use the sofa bed for our daughter as we had a 1 bedroom suite and we expected it to be made up but wasn't. Room wasn't serviced daily.
