Liked: Great central location with friendly staff.
Disliked: Quality of linens on the beds was most disappointing. Just flat sheets covered with a very flat and sad padded topper. Was looking forward to a comfortable weekend staycation with cozy sheets and fluffy comforters and it was the total opposite. There was an extra blanket in the closet but it was a wool top sheet that wasn’t the right size. Bed itself was comfortable enough but the poor quality linens really just made it a bummer. The other thing that drove me crazy was for the cost of the room and the upscale feel of the building and amenities, the TV in the room was so tiny. Not at all proportional for the room and set up. Laying in bed, we either had to sit up or prop up to see it because it sits on a low dresser and due to its small size it was not very visible.

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff in cafe was attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Front desk staff was not very attentive. We had to get their attention and waited for them to put their phones down to ask them a question and to check in. We had a leak in our room upon check in and was not able to fix it until the next morning. Room was not heated when we checked in. Dirty towels were not picked up after they cleaned the room.
