I guess if you're going to Disneyland with a bunch of kids, this place would work fine. But as I was there with my girlfriend for a concert and weekend getaway, I was left wanting. Nice and helpful staff, but just too many noisy kids running around. Forget sleeping in when they're ready to go to Disneyland.

Liked: In-room microwave, refigerator and coffee maker.
Disliked: Noise, small sink, zero bathroom counter space. 32" VCR picture tube TV.

Our stay was ok convenient...

Liked: Close to restaurants , had a cafe on site with good breakfast and coffee convenient for what we needed , bed was comfortable room was cleaned daily and beds were made daily so it was nice to come back from a long day and have clean towels and the beds made!
Disliked: The room was a little worn carpet was very dirty stained and the couch had tears in it bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well had someone’s hair in the shower when we arrived also went to use the coffee pot and there was a lot of dust on it had to clean it before using it! Also couldn’t figure out how to set the air conditioning and the fan kept turning on and made my son and I very congested! Hot tub closed way too early so it’s hard to use it when returning from a long day at Disneyland us parents need that after a long day! Also I got charged more than $100.00 for deposit and it’s been four days and I have not received it back yet!

Great hotel close to Disney

Liked: Very clean and modern facility. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Close to Disney with a 15 min walk. Breakfast available at the property and it was delicious. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby. Small pool and hot tub on the property. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Only complaint was the beds are a bit soft but that’s personal preference. The linens were very cozy.

Liked: Hotel is in a fantastic location for Disneyland. Room was clean and met my expectations - good value for money.

Liked: Location was great very short walk to Disneyland Safe and clean parking
Disliked: Less bleach on sheets had to sleep with windows open. Later pick up for outside garbage pick up woke me up the three days I was there

Liked: Good location. About a 10-minute walk to the Disneyland gates. Lots of dining options within a five-minute walk. Immediate area is very walkable. Free, secure parking under the building.
Disliked: Property is not maintained well. Carpets are stained and dingy throughout. Linens were stained. Bedside plug didn’t work (and didn’t figure it out until the morning, leaving me with a near-dead phone at Disneyland the next day). Room had a musty/unbathed-person smell that never went away during our stay. Wallpaper over the TV was peeling and yellowed.

Liked: Great location and staff. Easy access to the theme parks. Plenty of food options and shopping around as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
