Liked: Small mix up with my key, but the after hour reception was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom facilities.
Disliked: Bed frame was a bit creaky.

Liked: Beside the staff everything was ok .
Disliked: Left my glasses on the table and went to the front desk to see if anyone turn them in no one was there. They had a sign for emergencies to call after hours three numbers no one answer. Highly disappointed is this the way they treat paying customers SAD.

Liked: it’s the perfect location, it has a lot of facilities around as well as bus stops and the CTA!!
Disliked: the towels provided were smelly and the water pressure for shower and toilet were kinda bad, but for the price it was fine

Disliked: I have stayed here for around 15 times in the last 5 years and I wish I did not have to provide my passport over and over again. It should be enough with an international ID or to keep a record on your files.
