Nice and clean hostel, Great...

Liked: Place has great location, staff is super friendly, hostel is clean and tidy, street parking pass worked out smoothly, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The common area is also pretty cool, and the fact they have a computer room where you can work from is also a huge plus
Disliked: The towels smelled pretty bad despite being clean. The room also had a very strong "locker room smell", if you know what I mean. I was put in a bed right next to the heater, which made it really hot while trying to sleep. There were also some loud snorers in the room, but that's not the hostel's fault. They do provide free earplugs, though, and I sure took advantage of that.

Disliked: One member of staff was rude to me on several occasions. Not a pleasant experience.

Such a horrible place to...

Liked: Basically I liked nothing. But I would say check in process, check out and some communication towards those two were good.
Disliked: First of all you have horrible staff. They really need to know how to be nice to customers. Not flexible at all. I had made my reservation for wrong dates and there was no chance given to me for fixing it. Instead I was asked to pay extra to get the desired days plus the wrong ones too. And the bed I received hadn't even cleaned. The sheets were there as the last person left and nothing had done at least to make it look clean. You probably need staff for maintenance. And the quality was very bad. The bed was not comfy at all. There were no enough lockers inside the dorm of 10 packs. There were only four lockers and I had to go use a locker all the way in the kitchen.Water taps in both the kitchen and restrooms were very weak. I had to wait for a while for water to fill my hands.In short, I didn't like anything. And for sure I won't come again. I also would not let anyone I know stay here either.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The location is a bit far from the center, but still good.
Disliked: bed linen was not clean. I saw millipedes in the room. the quilt was thin and cold inside

Absolutely horrible customer service

Liked: The staff was incommunicative from the start
Disliked: They weren’t at the front desk. They never told me what the clock out procedures were. I called and one of the workers berated me and abruptly hung up on me. This is terrible customer service. Some of their workers should not be in the hospitality industry.
