Liked: Convenient location and helpful staff
Disliked: I have stayed here for around 15 times in the last 5 years and I wish I did not have to provide my passport over and over again. It should be enough with an international ID or to keep a record on your files.

Disappointing

Liked: It was close to the metro station which is very convenient.
Disliked: It smelled so bad and the beds were not comfortable. I would its fair for a 1 night stay.

Chicago Wrigley Hostel

Liked: Location was convenient to the "L", restaurants, and concert venue (Metro.) Was greeted by the fluffiest and kindest greeter ever, wonderful doggo! The one staff member I dealt with was kind and informative. The bed was fine. I didn't sleep there for long.
Disliked: You need to understand that this is a hostel and not a Hilton. Understanding that, everything met or exceeded expectations.
