I was disappointed. the room...

Liked: There was no breakfast. The location is a bit far from the center, but still good.
Disliked: bed linen was not clean. I saw millipedes in the room. the quilt was thin and cold inside

Absolutely horrible customer service

Liked: The staff was incommunicative from the start
Disliked: They weren’t at the front desk. They never told me what the clock out procedures were. I called and one of the workers berated me and abruptly hung up on me. This is terrible customer service. Some of their workers should not be in the hospitality industry.

Disliked: no control ofstructure, I was in a room nearbythe common room thereconfusion , music , lasted until 3 am morning for both nights, no one is there after 8pm and if you have a problemyou solve it yourself, also I was often charged for a room change and I paid 140 dollars for two nights in a hostel... unbelievable

It was quite and close...

Liked: Location was great just blocks from all the fun. Our room was just fine for us.
