Convenient functional stay, with excellent...

Liked: Near the hospital, so convenient for us. Well- furnished & modern.Evening meal was delicious & perfectly cooked. Breakfast was good too, apart from lack of brown/granary bread.
Disliked: The bedroom (140) was chilly when we arrived.The bed was really quite uncomfortable, with prominent springs palpable. It could do with either a new mattress or a topper. The walk-in shower we requested had no grab rails & the taps were unfathomable! An explanatory notice might help! The receptionist misinformed us of the Sunday evening last order time for food. We were told at first that we were really too late, but the staff kindly relented, but as a result we felt a bit more rushed than ideally would have liked.
