Enjoyable stay for a family...

Liked: Accomodation was good, breakfast was good, plenty of choices but not included in price of room though.
Disliked: Ground floor room with only bedside lights with no switch for ceiling light (unless hidden) which made room gloomy. Patchy wifi signal in room 26.

Liked: The room was very comfortable with nice decor. My daughter stayed in a boutique room & that was stunning. Loved that you could order food direct to your table.
Disliked: No lift, my elderly mum was also staying & although she had a ground floor room she was unable to come up to see the rest of the family in our rooms.

Liked: Old world charm. Superb breakfast. Stunning grounds. Great staff. Good facilities.
Disliked: Bathroom tap ran constantly and could not be turned off. No pressure in the taps but the shower was fabulous. Our rooms were MUCH too hot and windows only opened a fraction. Turn the heating down please!

Lovely venue - nice rooms,...

Liked: Staff very good - attentive and friendly. There was a minor brawl in the bar late in the evening between a group that were together, but the manager dealt with it quickly and effectively!
