Ideal weekend retreat.

Liked: Luxurious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. A pleasant and convenient location, incorporating a large pub, restaurant, and garden.
Disliked: Expensive. There was a long walk through a maze of corridors to the ground floor, which took some getting used to, so not ideal if you are a smoker.

Disliked: Liked a ground floor room but not so keen having to go outside to get to it

Disappointing

Liked: The room was a good size. Quiet. A good shower. Staff try to be friendly.
Disliked: I would have preferred some storage or shelf space in the bedroom and bathroom.Maybe my misunderstanding but I expected more for breakfast than cereal/drinks/breads.

Disliked: There always seem to be problems at check in and some of the staff are not focused on customers

Disliked: I was charged a £30 security deposit that I was told was company policy and that it was refunded as soon as I checked out. No one else in our group of 9 was charged and I had to call three times over the following week to get my money back.
