Fantastic Stay - So close,...

Liked: Matt was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful in anything I asked him. He didn't have to follow-up to see how we were doing, but he did, and that is greatly appreicated.Great job Matt for making us feel right at home.
Disliked: If I had to have just one complaint, it was the inoperable TV in our Granddaughters room due to there being no remote for that TV. They attempted to find a replacement TV or universal remote, but were not able to locate one in storage.In no way did it affect our overall stay.

Liked: Check in staff was most professional and pleasant. Matt check in us twice during our stay to see if there was anything we needed or he could help us with

Liked: I liked the locations. The room was great, very roomy and plenty of room for the 6 of us.
Disliked: Needs more coffee for the length of the stay. There was only one washcloth in the whole place and we had 6 people with 3 different bathrooms. The WIFI was very spotty and there was no info how to connect to it.
