Liked: Friendly staff. Clean. Lovely pool. Apartment had all the things we needed for our stay (dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). Maintenance came ultra quickly and fixed our key reader (pretty sure the batteries ran out). But seriously, it was perfect for us, kids, and a set of grandparents to stay in. We all had our own spaces. Location was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do and see.
Disliked: The couches need to retire. They are wildly uncomfortable. Pillows not in the primary bedroom are also on their last legs (both rooms). She really needs a coat of paint. It's just aged and you can see it. There were some quick fix repairs (like a mirror stuck to the wall with command strips) that weren't holding up. The sliding door tracks need to be cleaned and oiled, those were so hard to move.

Liked: The location near if Animal Kingdom, it’s really good.
Disliked: Well, one of the room the wardrobe, was dirty. When one of the bathrooms the toilets paper gone it was no more and we called 8:00 pm to please bring more, and In total they will be more carefully about cleaning.

Good value and great location

Liked: Great size condo! Had everything we needed.
Disliked: We called a month prior to confirm we were going to be in the same building. 2 families and they said yes, but us in building 6…fully rented and we couldn’t be on the same floor but that was ok! We get there…yeah no they took those all away and we can only stay there if we pay extra now. I had to downgrade my room to be able to be in the same building as my brother. So I downgraded with ZERO COMPENSATION…but I wanted to be with my family too…and we called and was confirmed….but I guess management makes it up as they go along and leave their kind workers to deal with those of us who are unhappy about it. Also we had ants…they did go in and spray but they were back by the end of the week again.
