Liked: The SW style was nice outside and inside. The studio apartment had everything including a kitchen. The location was good too.
Disliked: The mattress was to soft. Because of my my previous jobs, I stayed at many hotels and slept on thousand of beds. The mattress in room was made it hard to sleep. I placed a pillow on my back to keep from sinking.

Liked: Did not stay at World Marc/Booking cancelled us. Very few rooms in Santa FeWe stayed at La Fonda which we found on our own and was Wonderful. I Rate it a 10. Did not book it through Booking.com. Will never again use Booking.com. NEVER.
Disliked: Booking.com cancelled my reservation at 3:00 AM the morning of my arrival. I was unaware of cancellation until I stepped off of the plane and checked my phone. My flight was at 5:00 AM. It was a very busy time in Santa Fe with hotels booked months in advance. Customers who book rooms are penalized with paying for the full stay for cancelling at this late hour. How is it right for a business to cancel on a paid room without penalty? Lousy Corporation that doesn't care about customers. Sold my room at Work Marc for more money so that they could make more money due to busy time of year. Forget about using Booking.com

Liked: Location was good and there happened to be some lovely fragrant trees in bloom for spring. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free laundry facilities and complimentary detergent were a nice touch.
Disliked: I booked this room because it looked like it had a nice authentic local feel to it. Upon arrival it definitely had much more of a generic, time-share vibe to it. It was fine, just not what I was hoping for. Also the parking lot is pretty small and the spots are a bit tricky to get in and out of. I was glad I had a small car.
