Great accommodations for families including...

Liked: Central location to beaches and zoo.Underground parking provided easy access to units and worth the $25/night.
Disliked: Noticed that the smoke doors at the elevator lobby had been propped open --- a cause of concern if there had been a fire and therefore no isolation of the elevator shaft.WiFi not part of the price of the accommodations, but easily available if you bring your own hot spot.

Liked: Clean, quiet. free laundry service. everything was available for me to eat at the room. Parking was very safe and secure.
Disliked: I didn't like being given a 30 minute "informational" talk that was really all about time shares. I did not like having to pay for WiFi. Prices for drinks and snacks was way too much!

Not worth your money. Stay...

Liked: The only good thing is the location. That's it. Everything else was a huge disappointment
Disliked: NO POOL even though it is advertised as with a pool. I reached out to customer service. NO response

Beautiful place, but too many...

Liked: We liked the big, beautiful , spotlessly clean rooms, great front desk staff, and plenty of secure parking.
Disliked: The reservation was a huge hassle, since we are not owners and just came across this place on Trevago. But unlike smoothly booking a hotel or resort through Trevago, this time-share had extreme difficulty finding our reservation, despite being able to see our confirmation number in a computer system. Once we settled in the rooms, we had a difficult time getting the WiFi to work on our various devices, and could never get out Netflix account to come up on the TV.We also found it uncomfortable to work with the concierge staff, as they get commissions and are competitive.

Fine, Too many extra fees...

Liked: Check-in was fine. The unit was clean and practical. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: If breakfast was included, then it was not made clear at all! There also was a pushy sales team to try and sell us on a time share when we checked in. There were resort fees for parking and "complimentary rental" fees for beach gear (complimentary rental is a contradiction of terms). The hotel's location was out of reach of access to restaurants and public transport and relies on guests having a car.

Disliked: This property was canceled on us last minute and got us into so much trouble of finding another place the day before our travel. They didn't give us any reason and refused the responsibility for it.
