We love staying here, it's...
Disliked: Too much water wasted in shower because of handle. Has to be full blast to achieve warm temperature & bottom spout never turned off partially filling tub.

Liked: The property was beautiful and there's a lot to do.
Disliked: I was told the rooms are timeshares and could be rented by the owner which could cancel anyone's reservation unless you're already checked in. It was a busy 3 day weekend and I couldn't imagine if after driving 3 hours anyone would be able to deny their room.

Pleasant experience
Liked: Front desk ladies very accommodating getting us on the ground floor. Unit was very well set up. Kitchen had all the essential cooking supplies. Nice toiletiers and towels.
Disliked: We had to pay for WI-FI. EASY TO DO, BUT VERY ANNOYING. JUST INCLUDE THIS WITH THE NIGHTLY RATE. Think that facilities forget everyone is not tech savvy.

My stay was uncomfortable this...
Liked: The resort is in a great location for hiking. The rooms are clean, safe and all the utensils needed for a three day stay are available. Although the location is in front of a state highway, you cannot hear the traffic from inside the room.
Disliked: This is the third time I have stayed at this location in the last two years. This time I had a problem with the room refrigerator that kept making load motor and fan noises during the night. I stayed here for three nights and could not sleep because of the noise. I did complain to the office after the first night and the next day, but the issue was not resolved. After the second day, I was offered another room, but it had the same problem with the refrigerator noise. I did record the audio of this noise which I shared with the office front desk clerk.
