Liked: Absolutely beautiful, clean , and accommodating
Disliked: Great location close to everything

Relaxing fun and easy travel...

Liked: Easy to get around, clean and two minutes from sea world!
Disliked: Called me about an overbooking same day I was leaving to go! However they ended up accommodating but made me try and contact the other resort which wouldn’t answer, so then they had to accommodate me.

Liked: Very nice property. Very spacious. The pool was nice.
Disliked: WiFi does not come with the room. It’s an additional cost of $10 a day. If you want more days, it’s more money. Also be prepared to pay a $250 deposit.

We were very pleased overall...

Liked: The overall look inside and out. The suites are wonderful. The size of property (Not too large or busy). The friendliness and knowledge of the staff.
Disliked: The pool restrooms were closed for renovations.The packets of creamer instead of the small liquid single serving ones. The packets clump and it takes many before a light coffee drinker has enough.No restaurant/bar/lounge area.

Bad

Liked: Location. Close to SeaWorld as we were visiting.
Disliked: If you are looking to stay here with family and friends, this is not the place. Stayed in Magnolia building. Walls are paper thin. You can hear next door and they can hear you. You can't laugh and talk in peace without the neighbors calling the security. Also you cannot sleep as you hear every movement of the floor above you. Paper walls and floors. I would recommend staying at WorldQuest resort. They actually have tile floors not wood. Don't hear a thing.
