Best Hotel In Havasu!!!

Liked: This is the second time we have stayed there in the 1 bedroom suite/apartment. We absolutely love it. Zero complaints. Can't wait to go back!!!
Disliked: Loved everything!!!

Stay was exactly what was...

Liked: Guest amenities. Game room was utilized for family time. We got to enjoy all pools, hot tubs, air hockey, mini golf and other activities. Towels were replaced without hassle.
Disliked: Air hokey pucks were a little dull and they ran out of regular coffee.

Disliked: Ceiling fan in master bedroom didn’t work. (We declined maintenance- did not want someone in the room and on the bed to repair.)Bathrooms had hair left on floors and bath matKey cards stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed lockFront desk literally counted out 6 paper coffee pot filters when we asked for them when only 2 were in our room when we arrived- appeared stingy.

Liked: Close to town , clean .
Disliked: When we got there, they had us down for the wrong type of room. It was taken care of by the desk clerk but took time !! It was booked months in advance!
