Overall very good value.

Liked: Everything inside the rental was provided. The bed was terrific! Electric stove. Heating/AC.
Disliked: Steep steps, road noise, checkout is 10:00 which is an hour earlier than all other places, Folgers coffee, loud refrigerator.

First visit to Lk Havasu

Liked: The view over the pool & the front condos to Lk Havasu was nice. We enjoyed sitting around the pool as wasnt busy at all. So nice to have laundry facilities that were free to use--they even offer soap packets!
Disliked: The traffic noise--we didn't sit out on our deck or leave our sliding door open as the traffic from Hwy 95 & Lk Havasu road that runs in front of Havasu Dunes resort was noisy. Our bedroom was at the back of the condo so was quiet at night.

Nice location - nice amenities

Disliked: The location was good, not far from town. Hated all the stairs. Trying to carry luggage & coolers made it challenging. Floors not very clean. We asked if there was a deck that faced the water and were told yes but room they gave us deck was in back and bedroom faced the road. Nice property and carports were a nice bonus

Disliked: Hot water seems to run out after one shower, wood floors need some real cleaning!!!!wear a pair of white socks and you’ll be shocked!!
