Exceptional
Liked: We loved everything. The space, the art, the property, the bed and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly too. It was close to everything.
Disliked: Nothing to not like.

Disliked: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY THROUGH A 3rd party; Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity etc. They tried to relocate me on the day of my arrival as I was in my car 20 minutes prior to my check-in because I booked through a 3rd party. Very stressful, very upsetting. I had paid when I made the reservation but since I booked 3rd party the staff said I would be the 1st moved because "THEY" overbooked their property. I will never stay here again. There are too many places that I have stayed at in the 17 years we have been going to Branson for family vacations that did not make me feel like a 2nd class citizen.

Disliked: I booked our condo several months in advance and pre payed. I received an email at noon on the day of our arrival saying sorry your reservation has been canceled. I contacted booking.com and the guy who answered was speaking Spanish. I had to interrupt him to let him know I spoke English. Not off to a good start. He put me on hold for about 15 minutes then came back on and told me he couldn't reach the property. We went ahead and drove the remaining hour to the property. Once at the property I was told by the incompetent staff that my reservation had indeed been canceled. The lady told me that they always over book and that if too many timeshare people show up they bump the people who are renting. My biggest issue was that I wasn't informed until hours before my family's arrival. The first day of our vacation was spent figuring out where we were going to stay. I will never stay at this property or any of its affiliates again and this will be my last time using booking.com.

Liked: We were one of three families traveling to Branson, MO. We all used booking.com to make reservations at this facility so that we could all stay together. At 9:00 a.m. of the morning of our arrival date, I received a call that our reservation had been moved to another location. I asked why, and was just told that several reservations had been moved, not just ours. No other explanation. Was told I would receive an email with confirmation of reservation at the new location. By 11:00 a.m. I had still not received email confirmation. Called the new location using the phone number I had been given by the gentlemen that called. The person that answered phone gave me a different number to call. When I called that number, that person told me to call the previous number I had called. After three phone calls, finally got someone to confirm the change in our reservation. When I asked again why our reservation was moved, I was told that the original location was overbooked. They blamed it on using Booking.com to make the reservation and said it happens all the time. Our reservation stated that it was a NONREFUNDABLE reservation. What is the purpose of overbooking if the reservation is nonrefundable? The resort gets their money regardless. One of the other families was travelling with us and we were sharing a car. Very inconvenient now that we are all staying at two different locations. We were definitely taken advantage of. Our reservation at the original location was not honored. Resorts overbooking just to make sure all their locations get booked to capacity.
Disliked: When we arrived to check in, they made me go to another person to get the wristbands. That person wanted to go through sales pitch before she would give them to me. I explained three times that we had another family waiting in the car that we needed to take to another location to check in. She ignored me until the third time I explained that we were tired from traveling and I needed to get the other family to their location. She said with a big smile on her face, but a snap in her voice, "WELL THEN WE'RE DONE!" When I asked clarification about directions to where our room was, she just looked at me and smiled. Apparently we really were DONE. This was the first time using Booking.com, and it will definitely be our last time. Overbooking a nonrefundable reservation is not acceptable. We will never again stay at any of the Wyndham resorts due to the hard sales pitch at check-in. People staying/spending their money at your resort deserve better treatment at check-in. We were inconvenienced by being moved to a different location when traveling and sharing car with another family that was not moved. We were again inconvenienced by an unnecessarily long check-in when explaining we needed to get the other family to their location. When businesses try to maximize their profits at the inconvenience of their customers, it doesn't usually have a good outcome. My friends and I share our good and bad experiences, and we have definitely been sharing this one.

Liked: Peaceful site. Able to sit outside, on patio.
Disliked: Difficulty with steps, but next time I will request a lower entrance. A little further away from main Brandon area than I expected, but needed the down time anyways.
